Our Policy
We back our products authenticity and believe that you will find your precious gemstones to be more beautiful than an online photograph can actually show.
We promise to ship the actual product you select from our product inventory.
All merchandise purchased from All Star Gemstones may be returned to us by alerting us within ten (21) days of receiving and signing for your product. We'll give you a refund, less S&H, and up to a Five (5%) percent restocking fee.
If this gem does not meet your standard for the price you paid, we must receive an email request for a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) within that 21 day time frame.
Once alerted to your request, we will get in touch with you, either by phone or email, to give you the RGA and your return instructions.
After the 21 day time-frame, all sales are final.
